You can't just let all your hopes and dreams sit inside your head and fester without ever laying them all out and seeing how they fit together.
I used to make lists all the time but have been so busy lately that I figured it's time to come up to the air for a little breather and regain my wits.
Here's just a few things I know I should be doing
Catch up in my college math sequence. This is probably the most important if I want to avoid being in college for the rest of my life. I'm a computer science major. I should be good at math.
I think some good advice I missed out on was, major in what you're good at, not just what you want to be good at. For the lucky ones, those things are the same. For me, well, I don't have too many talents.
Braces. I can't even stress this one enough. It's not that I have terrible teeth. It's worse than that. I have teeth that were just good enough that my parents thought, "oh she doesn't need braces, she's fine."
Currently I can't afford them, and I have to see a regular dentist first.
Start running. I actually enjoy running. I really do. The problem for me is, I don't want to use a treadmill because that's just boring. I like to be outside at any opportunity with nice weather and I have plenty of running space around my campus. The problem is that I don't want to run in heavily populated areas or even sparsely populated areas because I'm too self conscious about running in front of people. It's sad, really.
And less importantly, get a hair cut. I actually recently cut my long, thinning hair about 6 inches. It's still awfully long but it's a nice length now. I'm getting bored with growing out my bangs though and now I'm wanting to cut 'em again. I just look good with bangs.
I have a large forehead is what I'm getting at here.
So that's just what's on my mind at the moment. I know I started out talking about hopes and dreams and ended up at getting a hair cut, but that's just how my sub par mind gets along.
Xx.
